Completion of the purchase
The purchase of the products offered on the website is made by selecting the chosen products, which will be added to the shopping cart. Once the selection is complete, the purchase will continue by entering personal details (depending on the case) for the issuance of the invoice and credit card information to process the payment for the products. Finally, by confirming the purchase, the final purchase of the selected products will be made, and the payment method (Credit Card or Bizum) will be selected.

By default, any wine tourism service purchased on this website has a period of 72 hours prior to the visit to allow for modifications. However, each service clearly and uniquely specifies the timeframe for any changes to the date and availability. To proceed with modifying a visit, you must follow the instructions received in the purchase email or access Manage Bookings.

Refunds of Payments
Refunds resulting from any modification or cancellation made through this website or directly with the winery can only be processed using the same payment method with which the purchase was made, that is, credit card or Bizum if active. If you make the modification or cancellation from Manage Bookings, the refund is immediate.
Use of Reservations
The tickets purchased in accordance with the provisions of the previous section, and received by the user via email, will have the same value as if they had been purchased physically at the Winery.
The website user may:
- Print their tickets on plain paper, ensuring that the printout is correct and that the codes identifying and individualizing each ticket are legible
- Download the .pdf file received via email to their mobile device and present it at the entrance of the Winery.
- Download the tickets received in their email in passbook format.
The tickets will entitle the holder to access the Winery or the event for which they were purchased and will be valid exclusively for the selected Wine Tourism Service, Date, and Time.
